You own your data. We own the models. Generated outfits are yours to keep.
These Terms govern your use of the Stirolo mobile applications, our website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Stirolo, Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. If you're using Stirolo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use Stirolo for personal styling only. Do not:
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute recommendations or generated images.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our models.
• Upload content you don't own the rights to.
• Use the Service to harass, discriminate, or violate any law.
• Interfere with our infrastructure or other users' access.
Violations may result in suspension or termination at our discretion.
You must be 16 or older to create a Stirolo account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us at support@stirolo.app immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Stirolo offers a Free tier, Premium ($14/mo), and Premium Plus ($29/mo). Paid plans auto-renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Charges occur through your platform's payment processor (Apple, Google, or Stripe).
Refunds: we issue a full refund within 14 days of your first charge, no questions asked. After that, prorated refunds are at our discretion and platform policies. Cancel anytime from Profile → Settings → Subscription — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Stirolo owns the Service — including our software, models, brand assets, and user-interface design. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
You retain all rights to the photos, wardrobe data, and personal information you upload. Generated outfit visuals based on your wardrobe are yours to save, share, and use personally — but not to resell or commercially distribute.
Stirolo's recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. We use AI models to help you make styling decisions; the final choice is yours. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from following or ignoring a recommendation.
AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. If something looks wrong, use the in-app feedback button — your reports improve the model for everyone.
By uploading photos and wardrobe data, you grant Stirolo a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train foundation models, advertise to you, or share with third parties (see Privacy Policy).
You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload and that it doesn't violate anyone else's privacy or intellectual property.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We will purge your data within 30 days, subject to retention obligations under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stirolo's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost data, lost confidence, or lost outfits.
The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties beyond those required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association — except where prohibited, in which case the courts of New York County have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified in the app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
